Chris Hanlon


Chris has experience in the fields of Environmental, Geotechnical, Storm Water and Transportation Engineering. During his career, Chris has worked for construction businesses as well as international consultants.

Chris capitalises on his multidiscipline engineering background, experiences and environmental ethos to design and specify cost effective, sustainable and appropriate solutions that meet all project requirements.

Chris is enthusiastic and committed to the successful delivery of all projects in which he is involved in. This is achieved by a combination of understanding the project requirements and deliverables, current training and in-depth industry knowledge, methodical project management skills, excellent communication and diplomacy skills.

Mac Mackenzie


Mac has acquired a vast range of in-depth practical knowledge, expertise and management experience during a civil construction engineering career spanning more than 55 years.

From experience and knowledge gained in civil construction and hydroelectric projects, both surface and underground and in the offshore oilfield construction and drilling industry, Mac developed and successfully ran for 19 years a construction business providing local authorities, large construction companies and consulting engineers with solutions to difficult and sometimes complex construction problems.

Since Macs time being self-employed, Mac has worked for an international consultant offering specialist advise as required as well as facilitating a local authority roading network maintenance contract. Looking for further challenges, in 2014 Mac joined the Revolution team as a Director.

Mac has exceptional project management skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Mac has a reputation for problem solving and successful project delivery.
